The circumferential velocity of copper, copper alloys, and silver is 22-30m/s;

The circumferential velocity of aluminum and aluminum alloys, zinc, tin, and lead is 18-25m/s.

The size of the polishing wheel is determined by the motor power, and the motor shaft is matched with the aperture of the polishing wheel. Place the polishing wheel on the shaft and tighten it with a wrench. The polishing effect can only be achieved if the surface linear speed of the polishing wheel is uniform. Therefore, if a larger polishing wheel is used with a smaller motor, the linear speed will decrease significantly during polishing, and the polishing effect will be affected.
