Appropriate durability is quite important, and bronze with high strength also has high durability. When the durability is high, the binder cannot wear in time and adhere to the working surface, resulting in self blocking and poor self sharpening, which reduces the working efficiency. Therefore, in order to minimize durability and improve brittleness as much as possible, and to avoid excessive reduction in the strength of grinding tools, our factory has chosen a relatively new technology to add more brittle components to the bond than usual.

The hardness of diamond grinding tools mainly refers to the hardness of the bond. During the operation of the grinding tool, as the diamond continues to fall, the grinding tool begins to experience wear and tear. Therefore, hardness can also be understood as the ability of the bond to manipulate the diamond.
